Here are some nuggets that i pulled from the first 4 chapters:(keep in mind, i am not only fascinated by the aspect of social psychology on business and economics which is the context of this book, but i am more so fascinated and intrigued how it applies to the church community)

THOUGHTS:
people's natural behavior is strongly drawn to, and resembles the social norm
show appreciation for those who are making good decisions
