so many titles

these are some of the titles i thought of:

empty bowl:
fish killer:
floaters:

etc...can you guess the subject matter?...well, if you read mrs rider's last post...it would lead you to believe that tic and tac, our pet goldfish were alive and well...however...it seems that might have been a tad misrepresented!...because now they are in fish heaven...the cause of death is still undetermined...we get the toxicology reports back from the lab in a few days...thought mrs rider shuns any blame...i guess we'll see...it is just reassuring to know that tic and tac are in a better place...they were good fish...

as for the rider fam getting a dog...well flushing fish is easier than digging a hole in the rocky back yard...so the jury is still out...if it is a dog...it will be a big "bigger" dog...if i wanted a little dog i would buy a cat or a gerbil...anyway...

i guess my question is if: (if) mrs rider is found to be the murderer...whether by intent or negligence...should she be reported to the agency?...i would hate to rat her out...but it was tic and tac...
