yesterday we spent the afternoon in the country with our friends shawn and jen barry...jen grew up on a farm in hartville...to get to hartville...you drive an hour out into the middle of no where...then drive a little farther...and you are there!!!...anyway...
they have over 500 acres...and the gasconade river runs through their land...so it is a pretty cool set up...things the boys absolutely loved: riding on the four wheelers...petting the two week old calves...riding in a huge john deere tractor...etc...it was a good day...
it looks like surgery might be upcoming for my knee...i am not for sure...but...we'll give it a few more days...but none is gone and i can see slim walking away...
