so what do i do with these results...first...just because i might not be gifted in one of these areas gives me no excuse not to grow in them...second...in ministry, i would need to surround myself with people that are strong in the areas that i am not...

by the way...taking a "personality test" such as DISC can also be very helpful to your spiritual life...these are self evaluators that we too often neglect for a variety of different reasons...while these tests are tools, not sola scriptura, they can be very valuable...
