last year this was part of my new years post:

my new years resolutions are as follows:
enjoy my family
eat large portions of meat and chocolate chip cookies
sell many books
play poker, soccer and golf
summed up as eating, drinking and being merry!

i hope everyone has a great new year...if i live i will type this again next year...if i die i will see you in heaven!

i am a man of resolve and fortitude...i could have easily given up on these resolutions, but i fought thru the temptations to quit and persevered thru the storms and came out on the other side to this sunny day of joy...

i cant wait for new years eve...i am going to party so hip that any square in sight will go animal house...

i am watching the rock & roll hall of fame concert...simon and garfunkel radiate musical beauty...

i am awaiting a big snow...some friends have decided that the first big snow demands an overnight float...the moonlight reflecting off of the snow...the sounds of night mixed with the running water...a good camp fire...white blanket come soon!!!

i cannot be sure what 10' will bring, but i will eat, drink and be merry...

i wish everyone a wonderful new year...i hope that your life is filled with joy...
